Yes, I know I need to update. I’ve been busy lately. And it doesn’t help that the plug-in I use on this page is there to remind me that it’s been “2 weeks, 3 days” or whatever since I updated last. The good news is I managed to finagle a few days off from work at the last minute so I can decompress and defrazzle and maybe get my brain back in the “time to write some shit” mode.

Meanwhile, it’s the 4th of July, which means I am going to do my patriotic duty by eating something cooked on a grill and drinking something all-American, like some Black Butte Porter. In the meantime, here’s a picture of something pretty to look at.
