I’ve more or less finished fixing everything that went wrong with my site when I moved it to a new host and decided to upgrade the software. Being an early adopter isn’t all that great: WordPress 2.5 has been okay so far, but if you haven’t upgraded yet do yourself a favor and wait until 2.5.1 comes out, which I’m sure will be in a week or two.
Also, a number of the pictures that I host here at the site were corrupted when I FTP’d them to the server the first time around. They have now been re-uploaded with the undamaged originals. So, whoever was around here last Tuesday or so and dug up my old TequilaCon research post, the pictures aren’t completely demolished anymore.
More coming soon…

I’m liking WordPress, though I definitely need to pick up a book on PHP and another on CSS. I waited until the 2.5 came out, installed it on the server, then installed the new blog. I have much to learn.
