And helmet or no I am glad I did not land right on my big silly noggin. So yes, I'm glad I wasn't hurt too badly, either. Your story sounds like it might make a good blog post... I was able to freak the driver of the car out a lot because I landed on a broken bottle and gashed my leg. There was a lot of blood and he nearly fainted, so I ended up comforting him.
