loukoumades
I went to the Greek Festival here in Portland last weekend, at which I consumed (among other things) a great deal of loukoumades.
Really, they’re just doughnut holes. With some honey, and a sprinkling of cinnamon. But when you say their Greek name they just sound a lot more elegant.
I have just been in more of a pictures mood than anything lately, but maybe I should write something. Tomorrow sounds good.

I haven’t had donuts in a long time. Tomorrow I plan on fixing that.
I love Portland!
I could never live in Portland though, what with greek donuts, voodoo donuts, and gelato stores every other block. I’d be twice-sized in a matter of weeks. So what I’m saying is, thanks for living in Portland for me, taking pictures and offering the occasional tour guide services. You are a valued member of the team, man.
