I am enjoying the lazy days of summer by not doing much of anything, although really I should be out putting some miles on my bike. Especially if I hope to get in any events this summer. Maybe this action shot will motivate me.

That picture is fantastic. Nice capture.
Thanks. I had a photographer explain what ‘panning’ was to me once and bike races seemed like a perfect opportunity to give it a try.
Seeing my husband race give me the urge to start working out more and work toward becoming a fit person as I once was. Why does stress seem to make me forget this goal? hmmmph. Hope you get out biking soon…..I like to ride…I will ride this week.
I know nothing about photography, but that shot makes me want to grab my bike and never come home. Awesome!
I’ve ridden far less this year than last year. The long, snowy winter (for Ohio) gave me a late start and then real life got in the way after the weather got nice.
I think buying the new bike cursed me. It seems that whenever I get something I’ve wanted for a long time events conspire to keep me from using it.
Staring at that photo is my workout for the day. Hell, maybe for the whole damn month.
Um … why am I just a white outline in that photo? I am definitely more of a magenta outline. Definitely.
Nice photo. What side of the street where you watching from?
patty, good for you, I’m going to ride too.
shari, ride on down this way, so long as you’re not stopping.
delmer, I hope you get to spend some time in the saddle this summer!
dana, I sorta got that ‘magenta’ vibe from you after your first comment.
iron man, I was on the west side, in front of a pub whose name I can’t remember but whose patrons kept drunkenly leaning into my shots.
Actually, my outline is teal. I was just testing you with the magenta-outline bit. You flunked.
I blame this old CRT monitor. It even makes my website look pink.
Yes, you should definitely get on the bike.
