Last week I broke down and upgraded to the new version of MSN Messenger, which I immediately hated. It’s just too froofy for me. Plus, I hate the ads that scroll across the bottom constantly. I use AdBlock for Firefox, which is great for taking care of ads on webpages that you might surf with any sort of regularity, but for Messenger you have to take some extra steps.
